The files here are available for download for your upcoming unit election.
The Unit Election Report Form should be emailed to [email protected] following completion of the unit election. If those elected wish to complete their ordeal at Spring Ordeal, please inform them of their election with ample time to register for the event.
If you wish to wait to reveal the results of your unit election to those eligible at a summer camp call out ceremony, please indicate this in your email when you submit the report so that they can be marked as candidates for Summer Ordeal. Make sure to keep a copy of the report to bring with you to summer camp, even if you are going to Camp Daniel Boone. You will need to submit this form when you arrive at camp to ensure that the correct scouts will be called out.

If you will be attending summer camp somewhere other than Camp Daniel Boone, you will also need this Out of Council Call Out Letter giving another Lodge permission to call out your scouts. You will need to submit this letter with your election report to the local lodge when you arrive at summer camp. Tsali Lodge permits its candidates to be called out by any OA Lodge, but other lodges will likely require you to have this letter granting our permission to do so.
