James E. West Fellowship Award
In 1993, the BSA created the James E. West Fellowship Award for individuals who contribute $1,000 or more in cash or securities to their local council endowment trust fund. This contribution is in addition to, and should not diminish or replace, the donor's annual gift to the Daniel Boone Council Friends of Scouting Campaign.
Each year since 2015, Tsali Lodge has donated $1,000 to the Daniel Boone Council Endowment fund in honor of a deserving and worthy Arrowman. This award is typically presented at the Lodge's annual Winter Banquet. The list below is each Arrowman who has been honored by the Lodge with the James E. West Fellowship award.

*Due to Winter Banquet being moved from February to December on the lodge calendar, there were two banquets held in 2015, one in February where Bill Dyar was honored, and one in December where Doogan and Dan Little were honored. Dan Little's James E. West award was in addition to the lodge's annual award due to his 15 years of service as Lodge Adviser.
